In a Grid we have provided multiple views that you can switch between depending on what you would like to see.

You will see which view you are on at the top left of the Grid eg. My Current Items

The view that you find yourself on when you first go to the page is the one that is pinned.

For example My Current Items is Pinned on the Home Page.

You can choose to temporarily change the Grid view or you can pin the view if you want to always see it when you go to that page.

To see all the other Grid Views you will need to just click on the Arrow next to the Grid view name.

NOTE: You will need to scroll to see all the views available. Also note the name of the Grid view if you cannot find a particular record eg. My Initiatives will only show the initiatives you are the owner of.

Now let's say we go to 'All Initiatives' Grid view and we want to pin this view. Simply click on the 'Pin' icon next to the Grid view name.

Once the view has been pinned, this pop up will appear.

To unpin a view click the 'pin' icon again or pin another view.

Remember you can always switch between views without pinning by clicking on the arrow.
