Within the Grid you can search for a particular record eg. Name of Item.

Simply click on the 'Search this list' box at the top right of the grid.

Then type what you want to search for eg. IT Road Map. Then click Enter. This will search for your key words within any of the picklist, text or tag fields.

The Grid will now display the results that match your search.

NOTE: You will need to clear your search and press enter to reset the grid back to the original display.
