To equip you to classify or group things together in a way that is meaningful we have provided 'Tags'.
To view the Tags that have been linked with a particular record, go to the relevant grid and the second last column on the right will display this information.
These tags enable you to filter the grid to view eg. marketing related items. We will show you how to do this in the Create a New View Lesson.
Creating and Editing Tags (Admin Only)
Only your administrator can edit and create new tags. This ensures consistency and prevents duplication.
To create a new tag or change an existing tag:
- Go to the Catalogue Hub
- The Tag TAB
- ....
ReviewUpdate Item Tags
To review or update the Tags assigned to an item click on 'Edit Tags' to the right of the Tags column on the grid.
You will see a list of tags that can be linked to this item. Checked Item indicated that these tags have already been applied.
Simply check or uncheck a tag to update the item.
Then click SAVE at the bottom of the pop-up.
As you can see below, Marketing has now been added.
