If you would like to modify an existing grid view by creating your own we have provided that functionality. This new view will only be viewable by you.
You can do this by sorting and/or filtering and below we will show you how to do both.
Filtered View
An example of this would be the My Initiatives view but you want it to be filtered to display My Marketing Initiatives.
Simply go to the view you want to modify and then click the cog icon at the top right of that grid.
This pop-up will appear that shows the existing filters on this Grid view.
To add another filter click 'Add Filter'
Then add eg. Tags (field) contains Marketing. Then click Done.
Once you have added the filter/s you would like click SAVE AS.
You will need to Name this New View, we recommend being prescriptive so that you can identify the view easily.
Then click SAVE.
The grid will then update to display your new view.
You can choose to pin this view if you want it to be the default.
Save the Sorted View
Once you have sorted a view and you want to save this:
- Click on the cog icon and then
- Click ’override default views’.
You will then see the field that it's currently being sorted by.
Note you can change if:
- All conditions are met : all must be true.
- OR: any one of the filters are true.
- Customer condition: eg. (1 OR 2) AND 3
Once you are happy with how the view has been sorted click SAVE AS.
NOTE: a red dot on the cog icon will appear if you don’t save these changes.
Then name your new view in a way that you will easily be able to identify. The click SAVE.
You will be taken directly to your new view.
