Issues can be found in the Resolve Hub. You will also see charts that show key information relating to Issues' status and amount of escalated issues.
For Issues we have provided TABs to easily access different views of the grid.
The first view are issues 'Assigned to Me'. These are issues you may or may not be the owner of but are assigned to resolve eg. Peter Pan as been assigned these issues.
To view Issues that you have raised go to the 'Raised by Me' TAB. There are the Issues that you are the owner of.
To view issues that require urgent action and/or have been escalated go to the 'Urgent Issues' TAB.
To view all issues no matter the owner or the status of the issue go to the 'All Issues' TAB.
