Where to find an Initiative?

Updated on

The Initiate Hub is a place where you can find your current initiatives and review their status.

When you first come to this page you will visually see through the charts provided what the current status by number of initiatives is, their completion status, what is the target value and what has been achieved.

Below the charts you will find a grid which is filtered by default to display 'My Current Initiatives'.

You can update what is "current" by going to the settings button shown below.

If you know the name of the initiative you are looking for you can use the global search option at the top to find a initiative independent of the grid.

Initiate

You can also display different filtered views in the grid by selecting another grid view via the drop down arrow.

If you want to find draft initiatives (not yet been published) then select the 'All Draft Initiatives' grid view. This is the area that you are most likely wanting to edit the data. To find more about editing grids click on this link

To filter the list further you can either search or you can filter by column. To find out more click on this link

Initiate

In the grid you will find the most useful information but if you need more detail click the Item Name link.
