A module is bundle of features and processes designed to support a specific business function.

Each module generally contains information relating to the following topics:

1.  What is the core module? (e.g Enquiry)
2.  How does information get into that module? (e.g via Web Form)
3.  How do I find data in that module? (e.g how do I find an enquiry?)
4.  How do I action the data in that module? (e.g how do I action an Enquiry)
5.  How do I pass this information on to other staff who use different modules? (e.g how do I convert an Enquiry into an Opportunity)
