To search the entire Platform, it is best to use the search bar at the top right of the page next to the profile icon.

This will automatically show you what you have recently viewed and bring up suggestions based on your search as you type.

You can then choose to select one of the suggestions or click 'Enter' to view a full list of all the options linked to your search.

This is an example of viewing the full search results.

You can then refine your search or if you've found what you're looking for you can click on it to go to the record itself.

Within any of the Grids on the Hub pages you can search for related records.

Click on the search bar, type in your search word and click enter. The grid  will be updated to show the results that match your search criteria.

NOTE: When searching in a grid it performs a search of all searchable text fields (not picklist fields).

If you wish to search for a company chat post that relates to a record. Go to the record, then the Company Chat TAB and click on 'Search this feed'.

The posts or comments that match your search wil then appear below.
